Mr. Michael H. Otts, 55, of Birmingham, AL went to be with his Heavenly Father Jesus Christ on Feb. 19th, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Theresa Otts and brothers Mark and Tim Otts. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Doreen, daughter Autumn, sisters Terri Hogg (Steve), Karen Warren (Dean), and Mary Chisolmn (Ed), brother Dan Otts, and nieces and nephews.
