Michael L. Edwards, age 69, of Clearfield, passed away on October 4. He was born November 9, 1952, in Kansas City, Missouri. His parents were Ray and Norma Edwards.
Mike was multi-talented. He chose his career when he was a young child. His father was a heavy equipment mechanic, but Mike decided he wanted to operate the “big toys” rather than fixing them, and he thoroughly enjoyed his job. He retired in 2003.
He was a natural-born caregiver and a great cook. He was a perfectionist and could fix just about anything. He was always doing something productive and especially loved doing for others.
Michael was preceded by his parents, Norma and Ray Edwards.
Michael is survived by his wife, Janie, of Clearfield, Utah; his stepson, Raymond Brown (Nadine); a daughter, Kelley Harp (Eric) of Casa Grande; and a son, Roy Edwards (Greta) of Casa Grande, Arizona, and six grandchildren.
