Michael David Koster, 57, of Green Forest passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, after a hard-fought battle with cancer. He was born on June 23, 1964, in Harrison, Arkansas to Art Koster and Peggy. After graduating from Green Forrest high school in 1982, he went on to work alongside his father at his body shop. He had a lifelong passion for fixing cars, as well as fishing and hunting arrowheads. He was employed at Tyson in Green Forrest, as well as continuing to run the body shop. He loved spending time with his family and friends, and never missed an opportunity to capture moments in a picture.
He is preceded in death by his father, Art Koster and Stepfather, Leroy Moore. He is survived by his mother, Peggy Moore of Harrison, three daughters Larissa and Sam McKenzie and Laralyn Koster of Bentonville and Karley Koster of Forsyth Missouri, two sons Taylor and Collin Koster of Green Forest, three sisters Debbie and Leland Davis of Huntsville, Patti and Jack Chisum and Cindy and Dennis Patrick both of Harrison, nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.
