Michael “Mike” Carl Miller was a caring husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He left this world suddenly on March 16, 2021, at age 60, in Huntsville, Alabama. In recent years, his battle with medical issues showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, Mike came out a hero and stayed strong until the end.
He was the son of Marvin Miller and (Terry Miller) and Kristine and (Richard Oestrike), born on February 17, 1961, in Grand Rapids, MI. Before graduating from high school, Mike found the love of his life, his wife, Sonja Miller. Mike is survived by his beautiful wife Sonja, and together, they had four children: Audra Rentas, Matt Miller, Amanda Jenkins, and Allison Miller. He was a proud Pappy to six grandchildren: Jaylyn Stewart, Tyson Miller, Joanna Jenkins, Kale Rentas, Danica Rentas, and Ophelia Harris.
Mike loved spending time with his family and being surrounded by nature. Mike was beloved by all who knew him for his generous spirit and a big heart. His legacy will live on through us all.
