She was born Feb. 22, 1940 in Joliet, Illinois to Dale and Josephine (Ostinelli) Mossberger. She married Hudson R. “Duke” Tracy in 1958 in Joliet and he passed away Feb. 10, 2004.
Surving are two daughters, Janean (Mike) Corriveau of Belleville, IL, and Dawn Easton of Metamora.
