Melissa K. (Greening) Bokus, 39, of Peru, passed away, Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at her home. Melissa was born August 1, 1976, in Spring Valley to Robert and Patricia (Pelka) Greening.
She married Tim Bokus on November 7, 2003, in Ottawa. She worked as a certified nursing assistant and was a member of St. Valentines Church, Peru. She is survived by her husband Tim, of LaSalle, 2 daughters, Alyssa K and Bree Renee Bokus of LaSalle, and a brother Robert Greening of Peru.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a cousin Katie Stasell.
