Melissa Ann Hackwith, 39, of Galesburg, died at 1:54 p.m. Sunday, November 24, 2019, at home. Melissa was born on September 1, 1980, in Peoria.
She is survived by her mother, Debra Ann Snider-Miller of Toulon; her father, Paul Hackwith of Manitou; two sons, Tyce Wade and Evan Wade both of East Galesburg; one daughter, Breanna Wade of Galesburg; and one brother, Brandt Hackwith of Toulon. She is also survived by her maternal grandmother, Billie Snider of Canton; and her paternal grandma, Fran Hackwith of Toulon. Melissa graduated from Carl Sandburg College with her LPN. She worked in home health and in nursing homes.
