Melisa Lorene Tucker was born on November 7, 1966, in Pueblo, Colorado. She passed at home with her family in Denver on November 28th, 2022, after a courageous three and half years of fighting pancreatic cancer.
Melisa, known as Missy to many of her friends and family, was generous, hilarious, and truly the life of every party. Whether she was singing like Louis Armstrong, telling a wild story, cooking a green chili feast, or pranking her friends, Missy was a joy to be around.
Melisa is survived by her husband, Rick Pautz; her daughter, Aubrie Pautz; her grandson, Zayden; her sister, Janet; her cousin, Lewrie (Michael Long); and many other beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear, longtime friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Martha and Charles Tucker; her siblings, Ronnie and Caroline; and her biological father and mother, Jimmy and Vicki.
We ask that attendees wear colorful clothing as Melisa would have wanted.
