Just who is a grandma and what is she about???
She loves unconditionally.
She passes jungement against no one.
She is proud of her grandchildren,
and could never say enough
when she brags to her friends.
She always has a bright smile,
some candy, and a big hug.
A productive afternoon at grandma’s
house means baking a cake or
a batch of cookies which she seems
to do every weekend
She’s always there for you,
to watch her baby grow.
When you get grown and
get married, she spreads her love
a little more to include your spouse.
She sheds a tear the moment
you say I DO, knowing this means
some great-grandbabies — which
she takes under her wing to spoil.
She spoils all the grandkids
’til they are so rotten that
it’s time for them to be sent
back to mom and dad.
She loves you no matter
what you do in life, or
who you become,
or who you chose to love.
