On Sunday, March 22,2009, Medford E. “Buzz” Brady, Jr., of Linthicum beloved husband of Josephine F. Brady (nee Brocato), of 59 years. Devoted father of Beverly Anne Meister and her husband Robert Meister, and chosen daughter Patricia A. Romefelt. Loving “Granddad” of Erin Brady and her husband C. Fred Brady and Nicole Shaner and her husband Jason Shaner. Cherished “Great-granddad” of Zackary, Andrew, Madison and Emma. Fond brother of Rosalie Kuechler, Jimmy and Johnny Reese. He was preceded in death by his parents Medford E. and Elaine Brady, Sr. as well as his caring Step-mother Nora Brady. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. “Buzz”, accomplished many things in his life, he lived to help people. Some of his most favored accomplishments were as follows: He was a member of the Blue Lodge Howard 101 in Elkridge, Maryland, he was a Shiner in Boumi Shrine, was the Director of Boumi Temple from 1984-1985, the President of Mid-Atlantic Clown Association in 1990, was the Director of Boumi Shrine Shepherds in 1996, a Life member of Roland Terrace Democratic Club, the President of Chester River Shrine Club in 2002, he started Mini Clinics on the Eastern Shore thru Chester River, was the Associate of Bethel Guardian of Bethel #38, as well as a member of American Legion Post 133 on Fort Avenue, the President of Yard Square Club, the Treasurer of Yard Square Club, Secretary/Treasurer of Mid-Atlantic Shepherd Association in 1996-1997, was the Founder of Clown A Rama which as the first in Baltimore, Maryland, he was a member of the Scottish Rite, and the Tug Boaters. He retired from the Coast Guard Yard, and prior to that worked for Maryland Dry Dock. “Buzz” loved to “Clown Around” and entertained many people of all ages, including and most importantly his family and quite often all 4 of his beautiful great-grandchildren. They loved to share his clown noses… and spend time with their “Great Granddad”.
