Beloved husband of the late Sylvia R. Kutz nee Hassberg. Loving father of of Cynthia (Raymond) Vinicky, Susanne (Delfino) Rivera and Kevin (Allison) Haseman. Cherished grandfather of Denise Most, Sasha(Eric Roop) Holl , Zachery Rivera, Ashley (Chase) Haseman-Lively, Ryan (Sarah) Haseman, Brad (Shawna) Rivera and Jerilynn (Jack) Kalwasinski. Great grandfather of eight. Dear Brother of Harold (late Patricia) Kutz; brother-in-law of Judy (late Willard) Kutz. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Maynard was preceded in death by two sisters Lucille Kutz and Grace (Gordon) DuBois brother Harry Kutz.
