Maxine L. Davis Calicutt, 82, Anderson, died January 14, 2004 at Manor Care, Anderson after an extended illness. She was born April 28, 1921 in Lapel, Indiana, and was a lifelong Anderson resident. She had worked at the Delco Remy Cafeteria after being employed by Pierce Governor for 23 years. She is survived by her daughter, Tanya Gunkel of Albuquerque, New Mexico; a son, Jim & wife Susan Jones of Anderson; six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her husband of 10 years, George Calicutt in 1997; parents, Allen & Daisy Davis; four brothers, Leo Davis, Tom Davis, Ernie Davis and Kenneth Davis and three sisters, Freida McCune, Mary Bowers and Eva Pollard.
