He was born January 6, 1945 in Vincennes the son of Harry R. & Betty L. Carrie Snider. Horses, bicycles, antique cars, stock cars, NASCAR Cars, Indy Cars, Airplanes, motorcycles and motor homes. He always thought his biggest accomplishment was his 4 boys. He was always proud at what they did and encouraged them to do their best. Prior to starting Snider Body Shop, he and his brother, Don worked on automobiles. He was always interested in helping and encouraging others to develop their own business endeavors. Always the mechanic, he recently converted his motor home to run on used cooking oil. He and Margaret enjoyed traveling in the motor home so he could brag that it only cost him 10 gallons of diesel fuel to travel to Florida and back. His giving personality was he never wanted for himself, but to give to others. His favorite saying was “Take a Kid out for Ice Cream”.
