Maurice C “Luke” Martin, 55, transitioned on July 27th 2016 at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute. He was born on September 26, 1960 to Henry C & Beverly A Martin. He worked various job. Maurice enjoy playing basketball, tennis, drawing and watching NASCAR. Preceded in dead by his father Henry Martin and mother Beverly Martin of Terre Haute, Ind. He is survived by his daughter Marica Friend, his son Donya Friend (Akina) of Atlanta, Georgia and his sons Kadree Kisner and Lamont Martin of Terre Haute, Ind. Grand-children Xavier Johnson, Jalyn Mims, and Kedron Friend of Atlanta, Georgia. One sister, Renee Hutchinson of Indianapolis, Ind. Three Aunts Delzora Davis, Rita Hicks, Victoria Thompson all of Terre Haute, Ind. Three uncles Curtis Williams (Sandra) of Lafayette, Victor Williams (Donna) of Orlando, and Charlie Martin (Linda) of Terre Haute, Ind. Nephew Timothy Martin and nieces of Melinda Hutchinson of Indianapolis, Ind.
He was love by many cousins, and numerous of friends. He would be missed dearly by his family and friends.
