Age 24, of Birmingham, AL passed away on May 8, 2014. Matt loved to be outdoors, he played hockey. He was very adventurous and lived everyday to the fullest “the sky is the limit.” Matt lit up the room and brightened the day, he loved people his smile and hugs were so warm. He was a member of The Church at Brookhills. He was a professional mover. He is survived by his daughter, Harper Grace Matthews; parents, Dawn Gast and Owen Workman; sisters, Amanda Workman, Mia Palmer and Wren Palmer; brothers, Wesley Workman, Zachary Gast and Garrett Palmer; grandparents, Evelyn and Charles Leonard, Ken Gannaway, Susan Owen and Bob Workman.
