Matthew William Smith, age 40, of Paris Lane, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, August 19, 2010, at the St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky.
He was born March 30, 1970, in Piqua, Ohio, and was the son of the late Debra Kay Smith Wick. Matthew is survived by his wife, Jenny Mabry Smith; three sons, Lance Smith, Bret Smith, and McKinnley Smith, all at home; his grandmother, Ruth V. Smith of Piqua, Ohio; and many other family members and friends.
