Matthew V. Morini of Plymouth, died peacefully on May 6th at B.I.D. Hospital – Plymouth after a courageous battle against cancer. Born in Plymouth on October 5, 1967, he was the son of the late Margot F. Hunson and Victor Morini of Middleboro. He was the proud father of Trevor Morini and his husband Jesus Morini of Raleigh, NC, Tyler Morini of Plymouth, Michael Condry of Plymouth, Lily Condry of Plymouth, Colton Morini of Plymouth and the late Jordan Morini. He was the loving brother of Liz Morini of Plymouth and the late Leicia Morini. A lifelong resident of Plymouth, Matt graduated from Plymouth-Carver High School in 1986. Matt was employed at B.I.D. Hospital – Plymouth for over 30 years. Active in his children’s sports, he coached baseball for many years in the town of Plymouth and attended countless games and events. An avid sports fan, he played hockey and baseball. He was also a great fan of the Boston Bruins, along with other Boston sports teams. He enjoyed going to Plymouth’s Long Beach, playing cards, fishing and spending time with family and friends. He was very handy and great with home improvement projects.
