Matthew E. Wallin passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at the age of 43.
He was born in Peekskill, NY on March 8th, 1978 to Marianne (Wallin) Picariello, and to the late Eugene L. Wallin.
Matthew will be lovingly remembered by his mother Marianne, sister Jennifer, Godmother Alyce, Godfather Bruce, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is also survived by his second family of lifelong friends, whom he cherished and loved.
Matthew was a proud pet parent to his dog, Mr. Biggs, and his lizard named Lizard.
He is predeceased by his Father Eugene Wallin, Grandmother Alyce Picariello, Aunt Susan Picariello, and his Uncle Charles Picariello.
Matthew worked for Glenn & Diana Sullivan, at Sullivan Data Management, in Yorktown Heights, NY for over 20 years.
Matthew enjoyed traveling internationally, but especially to Iceland.
In his free time, he loved to go camping, hiking, and on long walks with Mr. Biggs.
