Mr. Matthew David “Soup” Campbell, 27, of Lanett, AL passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at his residence.
Matthew is survived by his mother, Cathy (Johnny Crowe) Taylor; his father, David (Jan) Campbell; his grandparents, Paw Paw Gene Folds, J.C. and Debbie Crowe, and Joe and Charlene Williams; his siblings, Jessica (Brian) Thomas, Morgan Campbell, Jessica Ragsdale, Jordan (Ryan) Hayes, and Jacob Crowe; his nephew, Braxton Thomas; his niece, Blakelynn Ragsdale; his special friend, Shannon Moore; and lots of aunts, uncles, and friends who loved him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty Jo Folds; Paw Paw, Mike Taunton; and his MeMaw, Faye Taunton.
Matthew was born on February 8, 1990 in Langdale, AL. He was a member of Pineview Baptist Church and the Lanett Masonic Lodge #656. He enjoyed cooking. He was loved by his family and will be missed very much.
