Matthew is survived by his parents, Brunk and Mary; his four children, Brandon (Jennifer Mason) Combs, TN, Tyler Conley, IN, Eden Conley, Taylor Conley, both of Huntington, IN; one brother, Mark (Jenelle) Conley, Huntington, IN; three sisters, Jill (Mark) Crews, Ellen Clevinger, Diana Conley, all of Huntington, IN; and two grandchildren, Mitchell Conley and Sadie Combs.
Matthew was preceded in death by brother-in-law, Merlin Clevinger.
