Mathilde “Hilde” Hanas, 91 of Aurora, Colorado, passed away April 22, 2018 with her family by her side. Hilde was born March 26, 1927 in Schliersee, Germany and raised in Munich. Her passion for music lead her to attended the Conservatory of Music in Munich. On June 27, 1951 she married Stephen Hanas of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She came to the United States on July 4th, 1951.
