Darrell Newsome passed peacefully on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at his home. Darrell was born on June 27, 2012 to his parents James Newsome and Tamara Newsome. He leaves to cherish his memories, father, James Newsome, mother, Tamara Newsome, grandparents, Roosevelt Tole (Unice) and Willie Mae Newsome, sisters, Karen Sanders and Jasmine Newsome, brothers, James Sanders and Terrell Newsome (twin), special aunts, Christine Jackson, Teresa Newsome, and Marie Newsome, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Darrell was a typical boy. He enjoyed the outdoors, playing with trucks and cars, and wrestling with his brother, sister, and other childhood friends. He was fascinated with cartoons. Paul Patrol was one of his favorite cartoons. Darrell liked the color red, which symbolizes blood, the blood that Jesus shed so that he may be saved in the arms of God. Red also symbolizes love, which God has shown through the life of Darrell. Darrell enjoyed eating fried chicken and a variety of different types of chips. He had just begun school this year. He was a student at the Right Start Early Learning Center, where he was enrolled in the Pre-K Program. Darrell touched us in such a special way, because he was a unique little boy. Darrell’s life was a brief gift to us, one that we will cherish for a lifetime. He lives forever in Heaven.
