Marylu Miller, 83, passed away on August 17, 2019. She was born on March 7, 1936 in Omaha, Nebraska.
Marylu grew up in Omaha and graduated from Duchenne Academy. She received her Associates degree from Pine Manor Junior College in Massachusetts. She was a lifelong learner and a huge believer in the power of education. She was also a true and early feminist and she taught all her children how to be strong. After getting her MFA from the the University of Denver she taught art at Holy Family High School.
