Wilcox, Mary E.Mary E. Wilcox, 83 of St. Petersburg, went to her heavenly home on November 24th, 2017. She was surrounded by her family and friends as she made the transition to be with our Lord. Mary was born in Decatur, Illinois on July 14, 1934, and moved to St. Petersburg in has been a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Katie Wiles and first husband Dale Perkins. She is survived by her loving and caring husband of 30 years, Douglas Wilcox, Sr., daughters Julie Hunt (Archie) and Patricia Simcox (Mike), her favorite son, John Perkins (Dayna), stepson Douglas Wilcox Jr. (Nancy), stepdaughter Wendy Wilcox, two brothers, Bill Wiles (Cathy), and David Wiles (Kathy), 13 grandchildren, Michael (Danielle), Bobby, Kevin, Marissa, Mia, Mandi (Fred), Joshua P., Brad (Courtney), Zachary, Tori and Joshua W., Jennifer and Elise, two great grandsons, Elijah and Declan, and an eagerly awaited 3rd great grandchild due to arrive in 2018.
