She was born August 30, 1922 in Madison County, Indiana, and resided in Anderson most of her life. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Hobart Carl Highwood; children, Gary Keith Highwood, Sandra Rogers Tommy and Karen Highwood; two grandchildren, Benjamin Rogers and Michael Rogers Amanda; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jasper & Beulah Becraft Trueblood; three brothers and two sisters.
