Mary Troy, age 101, longtime resident of Milford and wife to the late Peter Troy, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, September 1, 2014 at Ct. Hospice in Branford. Born on December 18, 1912 in Yonkers, NY, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Helen Wilhowy Cuba. Prior to her retirement in 1974, Mary was an executive secretary for the legal department of Penn Central Transportation Co. She was an avid world traveler, having been to Europe, Asia, South America as well as the US and Canada. She is survived by her cousin, Catherine St. John of NJ and nephew, Gary Cuba of SC. She was predeceased by her brother, William Cuba and a nephew, Richard Cuba.
