Mary Thelma Grega, age 84, of Salem, died at 7:50 p.m. Sunday, March 11, 2012 at the Parkside Healthcare Center. She was born July 31, 1927 in Salem, the daughter of the late Louis and Beady (Culler) Pressacco. Mary owned and operated Mary Grega’s Beauty Shop for 30 years.
She was a member of the Robbins United Methodist Church in Washingtonville and the Salem Elks #305 Ladies Auxiliary. Her husband, Frank Grega, whom she married March 23, 1946, preceded her in death December 24, 1994. A brother, Wilbert Pressacco also preceded her in death. Survivors include two daughters, Thelma (Kenneth) Parker of Salem and Lucille (Bernard) Glendon of Baltimore, Maryland; five grandchildren, Casey Siebeneicher, Shad Snyder, Franklin Glendon, Bernard Glendon III and Michael Glendon; and twelve great-grandchildren.
