Mary T. Erceg, 81, of Bethlehem died Thursday, November 10, 2022 in St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown Campus surrounded by family. She was the wife of John C. Erceg, Sr. with whom she celebrated 62 years of togetherness. Born in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Roland and Helen Kerchner. After graduation from Liberty High School in 1958, Mary was a floor girl at SureFit, the Diamond Blouse Company and other blouse companies before retiring. She was a Catholic. She enjoyed baking, crocheting, puzzles and good game of cards. What Mary treasured most was the time she spent wither grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors: Husband; sons, John C. Erceg, Jr. and his wife Gail, and Joseph M. Erceg all of Bethlehem; brother, John Kerchner and his wife Sandy of Freemansburg; sisters, Helen of Bethlehem, Nancy Repp of Hellertown, Catherine and her husband Michael, Bernadette Dougherty all of Freemansburg, Annamae Mackaravitz and her husband Daniel of GA; grandchildren, John C. Erceg III, Aubrey Erceg and wife Nikki, Lea Erceg, Samantha Erceg and girlfriend Michelle; great grandchildren, Kaedyn, Laylah, Kaylee and Keegan.
