Mary Frances Richards-King, 82, of Scottsdale, passed away August 16, 2010. She was born July 2, 1928 in Webster City, IA. Mary was a teacher for 20 years. She was also a member of MENSA and the PEO. Mary was an avid writer. She married Jack Q. King on May 11, 2003. Surviving family members include a son Grant L. Richards, daughter Joyce L. Mahoney (Timothy), step-sons Bill King (Saundra) and Jeff King (Pat). She is also survived by two grandchildren, Rudy R. Flores and Ariana M. Flores and a beloved niece Mary J. Bosworth (Sergey Bloom). Mary was preceded in death by her first husband, Tom L. Richards and a younger sister Joyce A. Bosworth.
