Mary R. Gallo, 83, of Hellertown, formerly of Fountain Hill died at St. Luke’s Hospital. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Felice and Lucia (Gabriele) Gallo. Mary was a clerk for The Printery Dept. at Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 28 years before retiring. She was a member of the former Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Church, Bethlehem. Surviving: brother, Joseph Gallo of Bethlehem; nieces and nephews; Rick Gallo of Hellertown, Jay Gallo of Jacksonville, FL, Gary Gallo of White Lake, MI; Kathy L. Matey of Allentown, Yvonne Meyner of Bethlehem, Arlene Haigh of Emmaus, Lucy Kennedy and great niece, Gabriela of Philadelphia; . She was predeceased by brother, Carmen and sister, Antoinette Matey.
