Died peacefully on May 5, 2018, on her 73rd wedding anniversary to Walter. They were married 71½ years on earth. She was surrounded by family and friends at her daughter and son-in-law’s home in Oceanside, CA when she entered eternal life. Mary was 92 years young and continued to possess her quit wit, astute knowledge of her surroundings and her fun ways. Mary was born March 25, 1926 to Theodore and Josephine Wronowicz in Buffalo, NY. She was a beautiful wife, proud mom, and homemaker during her years together with “the love of her life, Walter”. When the children were grown she worked as an advocate in a health food store and as a bridal consultant. She enjoyed cooking and baking, sewing, dancing, gardening, singing, playing cards, some wine and an occasional chocolate martini by Joyce. Mary relocated to southern California 12 years ago with her husband to be near family. Mary is survived by her cherished son Richard and beloved daughter-in-law Pat of Atlanta, GA, loving, dedicated daughter and “best friend” Jeanne Brewer and her treasured son-in-law Dan Brewer of Oceanside, CA, admired and beloved grandchildren Jeffery (Abby) of Gilbert, AZ and Elizabeth of Syracuse, NY, and delightful and loved great grandchildren Wesley and Everett of Gilbert AZ. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Terry who was her finest cards partner, other sister’s and brother’s-in-law, her “poprawiny” hostess niece Ann Marie, many other nieces and nephews and their children, and all her California family and friends. She loved them all! Mary is predeceased by her precious, devoted and youngest son, Jerome (2017). Special thanks to her dedicated and loving caregivers Evelyn, Gladys, and Jenny, and the special people at Elizabeth Hospice.
