RUPERT, Mary Louise Kalamazoo, Michigan Passed away April 19. 2009 at Upjohn Nursing Home. Mary Louise was born August 31, 1919 in Delphos, OH, the daughter of Harold and Doris Eysenbach Mills. She earned a BA Degree from Miami of Ohio University, after which she taught public school for a year in Ada, OH. Mary Louise was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband J. Daniel Rupert in 1995. Mary Louise was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Kalamazoo where she was also a member of the Anna Circle.
She served as a Den Mother for her children, was an avid reader and a member of a book club. She loved to play cards and was a member of a Bridge Club and enjoyed dancing. Surviving are 1 daughter and 2 sons; Sandra David Graves of Griffin, GA, Steven Linda Rupert of Dorr, MI and David Rupert of Kalamazoo; a grandson Andrew Graves of Atlanta, GA; 2 step-grandchildren, Julie Meiszberg and Jodie Raker; 5 step-great-grandchildren, Kailyn, Kassidy, Karsen, Mary Ava and Madelyn and a sister-in-law Mary Ellen Detrick of Lima, OH.
