Mary “Bootsie” Lorraine (Fazzino) Bartolotta, 77, of Middletown, passed away on May 30, 2015 at Middlesex Hospital after a brief illness. Born in Middletown, she was the daughter of the late Sebastian and Elizabeth (King) Fazzino. Mary lived in Middletown most of her life and worked at Pelton’s Drug Store for fifteen years and Brookes Pharmacy for two years. Mary is survived by two sons, Thomas “Butch” J. Bartolotta, Jr. and Gary M. Bartolotta; two daughters, Debra K. Garafalo and Holly M. Bartolotta, all of Middletown; a brother, James Fazzino of Deep River; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her grandson, Brandon K. Bartolotta.
