Mary Liew Turner Baker, 81, Dallas, Georgia passed away August 20, 2011 at her residence. She was born November 7, 1929 in Alton, Illinois, and resided in Dallas, Georgia. Mary lived in Anderson from 1941-2009 before moving to Georgia. She retired from Guide Division of General Motors after 37 years of service.
Mary was a member of Central Community Chapel and the UAW #663. She is survived by her children, Pauletta Mathley Kenneth of Dallas, Georgia, Margie Brewer Bob of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, Wilma Charlene Zimmer Keith of Indianapolis and Estina Harrison Joe of Evansville; sister, Greta Bricker Jerry of Anderson; seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Orval & Lura Esther Powless Turner; brothers, Leon Turner and Kelly Turner; and sisters, Wilma Coats and Lucena Bridges.
