Our mother, Ms. Mary L. McKinney-Arnold, was born in Sylacauga, AL to her parents, the late Mr. Marion Wynn Sr. and the late Ms. Leola Vincent Wynn. Our mother was passionate about taking care of her family, witnessing to people, financially supporting evangelism around the world, and intercessory prayer.
Our mother departed this life on January 1, 2018 at her home. She leaves to cherish her loving memories two sisters: Mrs. Mary (Mack) Wilson and Ms. Dorothy Jemison; one brother: Mr. Otis (Sarah) Crease. Our mother and father, the late Mr. J.D. McKinney Sr. leaves to cherish and honor their memories five sons: J.D. McKinney Jr., Jeffery McKinney, Tracy (Sherita) McKinney, Kelvin McKinney, and Demetrius McKinney; and four daughters: Joann Edwards, Debra (Antwon) Price, Valarie McKinney, and Nicole McKinney. Also to carry on our parents’ legacy are 30 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.
