Mrs. Mary Klansek, 91, of Oglesby, died Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at Lyngblomstem Care Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she had resided the past four years. Mrs. Klansek was born on Aug. 15, 1915 in Oglesby to Louis and Magdalene (Kramarsic) Skoporc. She was a graduate of LaSalle-Peru Township High School. She married John Klansek on August 12, 1939 in St. Constantine Church in She was a member of Holy Family Church, and SNPJ. She is survived by three daughters, Marlene Klansek, of Los Angeles, CA, Valerie (Jerome) Kyllo, of St. Paul, and Jacqueline (William) Dower, of Wheaton, Illinois, 2 granddaughters, Jennifer Barnes, and Joanna Masterson, and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband on Nov. 12, 1977. Memorials may be directed to the church.
