Mary Katherine Strotz (Easley) was born July 4th, 1957 in Downey, California to Jean and Charles Strotz. She was the youngest of four siblings. She is survived by her daughter Amanda Borges and her son Charles Strotz. She was an amazing woman and an amazing mother. She always put everybody before herself. She had a heart of gold. She loved and cared for her family more than anything. We lost a really wonderful person. Rest in Peace mom.
