Mary K. Sauve-Mizer age 76 of Midland died March 15, 2013, at Nottingham Place.
The daughter of the late Enon and Elsie (Wilkerson) Montgomery was born on October 12, 1936, in Cave City, Arkansas where she was raised and educated. Mary graduated as Class Valedictorian at Cave City High School. She married Richard Sauve on November 26, 1956, in Little Rock, Arkansas and he predeceased her on August 13, 1995. Mary moved to Midland in 1966 and later started working for Dow Corning as an Office Professional, retiring in 1991. She married Richard Mizer on June 24, 2000, in Midland and he survives her. She was an active member of St. Brigid Catholic Church and attended Messiah Lutheran Church with her husband. She loved reading, and crossword puzzles and enjoyed her children and grandchildren.
Mary is survived by her husband, Richard Mizer; her sons, Michael (Tammy) Sauve of Midland, Jeffrey (Annette) Sauve of Anchorage, Alaska, Paul (Kelley) Sauve of Las Vegas; daughter, Cheryl (Mike Smith) Robbins of Orlando, FL.; step-children, Craig (Sherry) Mizer, Kurt Mizer, Pam (Randy) Schaefer, Sue (Jeff) Storey, and Jane (Mark) Waldmann. She will also be missed by 20 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Ronald Montgomery; and sisters, Linda (L.C.) Qualls, Evelyn (Paul) Johnson, and Pat Poret, all from Arkansas.
She was predeceased by her brother, Donald Montgomery, and one grandchild, Nicholas Allen Sauve.
