She was born June 8, 1918 in Edwards, IL the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Washington and Catherine (Forrester) Sleeth. Mary graduated from Kingman High School in Peoria, IL the class of 1935. She married Daniel C. Wagner in Peoria, IL on January 11, 1938. He died in July of 2002. Mary was an office manager for Paul A. Wagner and Son Excavating and then worked for the Chevy and Buick Dealer in Metamora, IL.
