Mary Jane Foutch Mary Jane Foutch, 82 of Centralia, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2014 at Centralia Manor. She was born August 31, 1931 in Herrin, daughter of Ernest Payne and Mary Louise (Davis) Payne.
She is survived by two sons: Mark Cox and Kevin Cox both of Centralia; two daughters: Debra Derolf and husband Timothy Ross of Fort Meyers, Florida and Terry Kays of Centralia; 10 grandchildren :Jeffery Chertack and wife Erin of Doha, Qatar, Amy Zelmer and husband Jason of Valrico, Florida, Derek Higgins and wife Cassie of Xenia, Aaron Higgins and friend Karen Severns of Ashely, Melinda Schnitzler and husband Bryan of Riverview, Amanda Pitts and Husband Justin of Benton, Nicholas Kays and wife Farin of Centralia, Jacob Cox of Salem, Olivia Cox of Centralia and Samantha Cox of Centralia; 10 great-grandchildren; a brother, William Payne and wife Suzanne of Herrin; best friend, Linda Broeckling of North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Cathy Geurin. Mary worked at St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia as a Stock Room Supervisor and then worked at Community Trust Bank in the Trust Department, where she retired. She was a member of the Fouts Christian Church in Centralia. She enjoyed making crafts and going to craft shows. She also enjoyed planting flowers, writing songs for her grandchildren, cooking and baking. Her life was especially lived for others. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.
