She was a 1961 graduate of Norcross High School in Norcross, GA. She was a homemaker and a member of the People’s Baptist Church in Flowery Branch, GA. She loved arts and crafts, cooking, and sewing. She was an avid bluegrass and gospel music fan and enjoyed singing with a great sense of humor.
