Mary Helen Winans died Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at her residence. She was 62.
A former resident of Canton, she had been making her home in Vicksburg since 1982. She was formerly employed as a supervisor at the Cracker Barrel restaurant and the Warren Co. School System.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Vicksburg.

Survivors include her husband Richard of Vicksburg; her 3 sons, B.J. Winans of California, Gregory Michael Winans of Corpus Christi, TX and Justin Richard Winans of Vicksburg; her 3 sisters, Peggy Smith of Jackson, Marie Thomas of Madison and Judy Park of Hattiesburg; her 3 brothers, Edward Kuhn of Pelahatchie, Billy Kuhn of Florence, AL and Joe Kuhn of Madison and 8 grandchildren.
