Mary Helen (Mills) Bennett, 99, of Anderson, passed away on July 28, 2020 at St. Vincent’s Anderson Regional Hospital. She was born on January 27, 1921, and resided most of her life in Anderson.
Mary graduated from Anderson High School in 1939, and she retired as an inspector at Delco Remy Division of General Motors in 1974. She enjoyed playing Euchre, watching the Cincinnati Reds and attending their games. She also enjoyed watching the Indiana Pacers, going to the casino, and spending time with her family.
Mary is survived by her loving son, Steve Bennett; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur C. Bennett; daughter, Mary Lornelle Powell; and her parents, Clarence and Millie Mae Mills.
