Mary Helen Hodges, 84, formerly of Vandalia, died Thursday, September 29, 2011 at the home of her son in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
She was born December 12, 1926 in Three Rivers, Michigan to Gideon and Lula Marie (Robinson) Yoder. She married Elmer L. Hodges on April 16, 1948 in Vandalia. He preceded her in death on Sunday, September 18, 1977. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Lily Kirkwood, and Beatrice Hodges who died August 31, 2011.
Helen was a homemaker and worked in quality control for PerPak.
She is survived by two sons and daughters in law, Robert and Denise Hodges of Kenosha, Kenneth and Chris Hodges of Norway, Michigan, five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, four sisters, Marie Hunsberger of Decatur, Michigan, Florence Weatherly of Georgia, Catherine Smith of Melbourne, Florida, Ruth Spangler of Niles, and three brothers, Leonard Yoder of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Raymond Yoder of Wisconsin, and David Yoder of Dowagiac.
