Mary Jane “MJ” (Hausman) Bittenbender, 85, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Saturday, June 25, 2011 at St. Lukes Hospice House, Lower Saucon Township. She and her husband Truman Bittenbender shared over 15 years of marriage. She was also the wife of the late Curtis Hausman, who passed away in 1979. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Aaron and Jennie (Miller) Rush. MJ was a 1943 graduate of Liberty High School.
