Ginger was preceded in death by her husband David Bieber, her parents, Joseph & Mildred Proffitt, and one daughter Tina Bieber.
Ginger’s memorial life celebration will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 30, 2021 at the pavilion in Duncan Cemetery in Waldron, Arkansas.
