Mary G. Williams, 95, of Salem, passed away Friday, February 25, 2022 at Salem Township Hospital.
She was born May 5, 1926 in Bloomington, the daughter of Jeff Ward and Rachel (Galiher) Ward.
She is survived by her four children: Linda Venter and husband Jim of Salem, Bob Travis and wife Paula of Salem, Sandra Kestner of Mascoutah, and Joe Travis and wife Frankie of Salem; eleven grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son-in-law: Paul Kestner, three brothers: George, Marion and Roy, and four sisters: Ruth, Helen, Nola, and Doris.
Mary worked at World Color Press and the Red Dog Saloon in Salem. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
