She retired in 1977 from Delco Remy Division of General Motors after 30 years of service. She was a member of Markleville North Christian Church. She was a member of the UAW Local #662 and the American Legion Auxillary.
She is survived by her One Son: Jerry & wife Mary E. Norris of Anderson. Three Grandsons: Jeffrey Norris of Lafayette. Brian & wife Vickie Norris of Yorktown. Michael & wife Tara Norris of Alexandria. Eight Great Grandchildren: Christopher Norris, Brittany Norris, Hannah Norris, Katela Norris, Nathan Norris, Mattison Norris, Adam Norris and Dawson Norris. Several Beloved Nieces & Nephews.
Special Friend: Howard Gorman. She was preceded by her Husband whom she married November 9, 1940: Milford A. Norris on February 3, 2000. Parents: Floyd & Maude Markle Garris. Seven Sisters and One Brother. Great-Grandchild: Kelsey Norris.
