Mary Benson Freeland, age 80, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at her home in Gay, GA surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 12, 1937 in Cartersville, GA to the late James Benson and Clara Sinard Benson. Along with her parents Mary is preceded in death by her son Eric Raines. She is survived by her children, Anthony Raines and wife Wanda, Dale Bishop, James Freeland and wife Leigh; grandchildren, Angie Goodine, Anthony Raines, Jr., Charlene Raines, Eric Bishop, Adam Raines; eleven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
