Mary Frances Gorrell, 85, of Germantown Hills, IL passed away at 4:05 pm on Saturday, December 24, 2016 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. She was born on December 15, 1931 in McNairy County, Tennessee to Benjamin Hafford and Beatrice (Plunk) Cook. She married Robert E. Gorrell on October 22, 1954 in LowPoint, IL. They shared 62 years of love and respect for one another. He survives.
Also surviving are daughter Kim Dillard of Peoria; son Steven (Renee) Gorrell of Metamora, grandchildren Walker and Wyatt Gorrell; and brothers Edwin (Judy) Cook of Maricopa, AZ and Bennett (Julie) Cook of Crossville, TN. She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
